For single-card listings, unless otherwise stated, the card shown is the exact card you will receive.

We reserve the right to change prices, discontinue products, limit quantities, or correct pricing, inventory, or listing errors at any time without prior notice.

If an order is affected by a pricing or inventory error, we reserve the right to cancel the order and issue a full refund.

5. Orders

We reserve the right to refuse or cancel any order for reasons including, but not limited to:

  • Pricing or listing errors

  • Suspected fraud

  • Payment verification issues

If your order is canceled after payment has been processed, a full refund will be issued to your original payment method.

Due to the collectible nature of our products, all sales are final unless an item arrives damaged or an incorrect item is received.

Trading cards, sealed products, collectibles, and other hobby items may contain natural manufacturer imperfections.

The Shepherd Vaults does not guarantee:

  • Specific pulls from sealed products

  • Card grading results

  • Future market values

  • Investment performance

Products should be purchased for collecting and enjoyment rather than any expectation of future financial gain.
